Guidelines for the Day of your procedure...
Preoperative Guide
Plan to arrive to your procedure at the time instructed by your physicians office. If you’re running behind, call and notify the office.
Wear loose comfortable clothing
Follow the offices protocol for eating and drinking restrictions. For any questions, contract Integral Anesthesia directly. Our experienced providers will be sure to answer your questions.
Leave all valuables at home or with a loved one. If you wear glasses or contact lenses, bring a case so they can be stored properly.
Refrain from smoking and drinking alcohol for 24 hours prior to your procedure.
You MUST have a responsible adult to take you home and remain with you for the remainder of the night. You will not be allowed to leave alone or take a taxi after your procedure for your own safety.
